What Is IPSYSO?
IPSYSO (International Psychology Students Organization) is a student organisation that aims to connect psychology students around the world, promote knowledge sharing and increase communication between students from different cultures. Our events, which are open to everyone, are not only for psychology students, but also for people of all ages, professions and interests.
As IPSYSO, our aim is to celebrate cultural diversity and different perspectives, to share knowledge in the field of psychology and to increase communication between communities. We welcome everyone with an interest in psychology to our events and we look forward to welcoming you.
The idea of IPSYSO (International Psychology Students Organization) belongs to Yunus Emre Baran. The underlying principle of the idea is to carry out studies and/or activities that will increase the interaction between students, especially psychology students, both among students and between students and academics in the international field. IPSYSO consists of 7 volunteer members except Yunus Emre Baran during the establishment phase. The founding members of IPSYSO have started by determining the establishment phase, future goals, activities to be carried out and strategies to be followed throughout the process. The process continued on 24 March 2021 with the establishment of web services and the opening of social media accounts. IPSYSO structure and operation details started to be prepared on 27 March 2021. After the structure and operation files were prepared, IPSYSO officially started recruiting members on 21 May 2021.
About Us
IPSYSO is a Turkey-based organization established to operate both nationally and internationally. Our goals as IPSYSO include fostering the exchange of knowledge and experiences among students, particularly psychology students, and organizing social activities to promote cultural exchange on both national and international levels, contributing to the personal development of our members. Additionally, by leveraging the increasing digitalization in global platforms, we aim to connect students with academics from around the world, thereby contributing to academia. Supported by its mission and vision, IPSYSO strives to expand its visibility and presence in student organizations, enhance its activities, and continue developing a unique portfolio and membership opportunities on international platforms.

Our vision at IPSYSO is to reach every country with a psychology department and collaborate with psychology students in these countries to contribute to both societal and individual development on a global scale. Furthermore, we aim to create new projects to raise awareness under the umbrella of social responsibility and/or support existing projects to enhance awareness both internationally and nationally

Our mission at IPSYSO is to conduct activities on international and national platforms and manage these activities with a focus on psychology students, while also addressing the needs of students worldwide and all segments of society..
